PLURAL collection
Plural is a home furniture collection, whose concept arises from the need to provide a quality and low cost alternative to home spaces in social housing in the context of Pasto, a middle town placed at the south of Colombia. These spaces also require excellent objects, both functional and aesthetic, at a reasonable cost. Similarly, explores the concepts self production and open making, allowing the making and finishing of the objects by the same author-designer on request or in limited quantities, who can provide also openly them via digital platforms. To achieve this purpose, the collection has been developed by CNC milling. Objects are built on demand and cost varies according desired finishes, and may be terminated by the same user. For its assembly no special tools or connecting elements are required, because everything is solved from basic joints.
